Why John Sullivan?

For over 28 years, John has been a leader in Denver Real Estate and in the community.  With more than 1,000 successful sales and an equal number of very satisfied clients, John brings an exceptional record of marketing and negotiating skills to the table.

Recognized as being in the top 1% of brokers nationwide, honored by Re/Max International with the  Community Service Award, a past president of the Congress Park Neighbors Association,  & a graduate and member of Denver’s Community Forester Program, his 30 years in the Denver area have been highly productive.

John’s background includes executive positions in the non-profit community as Executive Director of the regional office of the National Kidney Foundation, and Executive Vice President of the Colorado Center for Hearing and Speech.  He was a marketing representative for Frontier Airlines and worked in both the Washington Navy Yard and the Pentagon during his college years.  All these experiences honed the skills of communications, and listening to and heeding, people’s wishes and concerns.

When it comes to understanding bricks and mortar, John was the developer of the 4 historically sensitive townhomes at 11th & Columbine (Stevens Common), built the Denver Square at 785 Adams Street, the Frank Lloyd Wright inspired 4385 E. Eastman Avenue, and has renovated over 20 Craftsman-era homes as the founder of Minds Eye Design and Developement.  This understanding of style, costs, and quality aids greatly in helping to advise buyers about future improvements, and sellers on how to prepare a home for sale and for top dollar.

When not helping you, John keeps busy bicycling Colorado with tours like "Ride the Rockies", climbing 38 of Colorado's 14er's, and photographing it's wonders through his Wide Open Images Photography Inc. John has travelled to over 70 countries on 4 continents, including 2 yrs backpacking Europe and Asia.
